• Second Shooter: An extra photographer for different angles and full coverage for 4 hours. +$300.

• Save The Date Session: A 60-minute personalized session to announce your wedding date. Price applies only if purchasing a package. +$250.

TRAVEL AND MILAGE

Local Travel: Complimentary travel services are provided within a convenient 25-mile radius of Charleston, SC, 29403, ensuring that my clients can enjoy seamless photography experiences.
Mileage Fee: For locations that extend beyond this 30-mile radius, a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile for the round trip will be applied, allowing for equitable coverage of travel costs.
Destination Weddings: For weddings taking place outside the Charleston area, this includes potential out-of-state or even international destinations, custom travel fees will be assessed. These charges can encompass several factors:

• Airfare: Economy or business-class tickets will be arranged depending on your family's preference and the specific demands of the destination.

• Accommodation: Necessary hotel accommodations will typically be required for the duration of the event, which usually amounts to two nights for domestic weddings and three nights for international celebrations.

• Transportation: Ground transportation options will be needed, including car rentals, ride-sharing services, or taxi services, to ensure smooth transit during this memorable occasion.

• Per Diem: A daily allowance will be set aside to cover meals and any incidental expenses, generally ranging from $50 to $100 each day, depending on the location and specific needs.

Travel Details:

• Booking and Coordination: Travel arrangements can undeniably be managed by either yourself or my team. Should I handle the booking process, all costs will be itemized and transparently included in the final invoice for your convenience.

Important Notes:

• Early Arrival: For all destination weddings, it is my standard practice to arrive at least one day before the event, ensuring that I am fully prepared and ready to provide timely service on your special day.

• Extended Stay: In the event that additional photographic coverage is needed before or after the wedding day, please note that extra fees may apply to accommodate this request effectively.
