Frequently Asked Questions:
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, kids, families, businesses, and small to large groups at various events such as birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, weddings, and other events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my new customers by listening to their ideas and reviewing any examples of what they want to create or replicate. I value collaboration and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.
What should the customer know about your pricing?
Pricing depends on several factors: the complexity of the job, the time required, the number of images requested, the number of people involved, the locations used, and any additional materials needed. For smaller projects, I have a starting hourly rate of $150. I also offer a referral discount, so tell your friends! For wedding pricing, view my pricing outline by clicking here.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Do you charge a deposit?
Instead of a deposit, I charge a retainer. Upon signing a completed contract, I reserve the agreed-upon time and date exclusively for you and do not take other reservations for that period. The retainer is non-refundable and covers circumstances such as event cancellation due to acts of God, fire, extreme weather, break-ups, or financial hardship. The retainer is payable at the time of signing the contract and is applied towards the total cost of the photography package. If you need to change the event date, the retainer can be transferred to the new date if I am available. Otherwise, the retainer is non-refundable.
How will you deliver my photos? Where do I view my gallery?
I use Pixiset to deliver your images. It's a user friendly gallery format that makes it easy to share, favorite, and order prints.
When will my gallery be available?
Most clients receive their photos in about 2 weeks, although some situations may be different.
